About this deal

Finish: Short. Insubstantial, likely due to the low ABV. Slightly mouth-drying tannins but no bitterness. A little bit of the sweet banana note persists. Fades without changing.

Ireland also has its own local version of "moonshine," an unaged whiskey called potcheen (also spelled poitín or poteen). Because it's not aged for three years, it can’t legally have “Irish whiskey” on the label, but it is another type of whiskey made in Ireland. a b Woodard, Richard (19 March 2019).
